 ion's monthly meeting! We're excited to welcome Buddy Horton as this month
 's guest speaker. Horton has been officiating football for 40 years\, incl
 uding spending 18 years as an NFL Back Judge and Field Judge from 1999–2
 017. During his NFL career\, Horton officiated 13 playoff games\, includin
 g two Pro Bowls\, and one conference championship. He was an alternate off
 icial in Super Bowl XLI. He was also a women’s and men’s basketball of
 ficial for more than 30 years\, officiating in two Division I women’s co
 nferences and numerous NCAA playoff games\, and women’s and men’s Divi
 sion II college basketball.A graduate of Grays Harbor Community College an
 d Oregon State University\, Horton played both football and baseball.  Whi
 le in college\, he got his start in officiating high school basketball. Ho
 rton and his wife\, Cindy\, live in Tacoma\, Washington\, where he has bee
 n inducted into the Pierce County Sports Hall of Fame as a football offici
 al and a baseball player. Social hour will be from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM\,
  followed by the meeting from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at Cheney Stadium. \n\nS
